The Agricultural film recycling machine is used to recycle the waste plastic agricultural films such as LDPE agricultural films, mulching films and greenhouse films from vegetable land, tobacco field and flower gardens, etc.

the whole recycling process includes the crushing, washing, dehydrating and drying steps. It can be also named as waste agricultural plastic PP PE film washing line.

Configuration of the agricultural plastic pp pe film washing line:

1, Belt conveyor: convey the waste plastic films into crusher.   

2, Heavy wet crusher:

＊10pcs rotary blades and 4pcs fixed blades, 

＊Blades material is SKD-II. 

＊Electrical device is used for screen change and top cover opening. 

＊limit switch safety.

3, screw friction washer: wash the films with strong friction washer while conveying.

4, washing tank: 2sets, cone-shape bottom, stainless steel type.

5, centrifugal dehydrator: dehydrate the wet films during the high speed rotation.

6, blast heater system: final humidity can low to 2%
