Step 1: wpc mixer unit. It is use for mixing the wood powder, polyethylene PE and chemical additives.

Step 2: wpc compounding pelletizer. It is used to plasticize the mixed wpc materials, exhaust the humidity out from the wpc materials, and compound the wpc material mixture with even color.

Step 3: wpc decking extrusion. The wpc deckings are produced on this extrusion line by working together with the special wpc deck mould.

Step 4: wpc surface sanding and embossing. The two machines are use to make the wood alike surface on the wpc profiles, It can also increase the anti-slip performance.
